• No hockey playing of any kind is allowed off the ice – this includes sticks, balls and pucks, inside or outside the rink.
• We expect proper behavior at all times out of respect and safety for others.
• No horseplay, pushing, or shoving is allowed – parents please reinforce this rule at all times.
• Please be alert to stray hockey pucks and sticks that could cause injury
• Guests interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the event may be subject to eviction.
• Foul or abusive language and the use of drugs or alcohol will not be tolerated.
• Guests not adhering to the above rules may be evicted from the premises.

• Directions of the rink guards must be followed at all times.
• Skates must be worn to enter the ice surface.
• Protective head gear is recommended.
• Children under 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult; no child of any age should be carried by a skater.
• No Food or drinks will be allowed on the ice.
• Do not sit or lean on the sideboards.
• No more than 2 skaters may join hands while skating. Chain skating is NOT permitted.
• Skaters should avoid stopping on the ice next to the sideboards as the beginner skaters need to use this area for
  support.
• Jumps and spins will be confined to center ice. Jumps are not permitted during busy public sessions.
• Please do not skate against the flow of traffic, skate backwards, or cut in front of others.
• Unruly behavior; pushing, shoving, speed skating or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.
• Please be cautious and courteous of your fellow skaters – violators will be escorted from the premises.
• We are not responsible for any personal items such Ipods or cameras brought onto the ice or left on the stands.
• Management reserves the right to evict anyone for violating the above rules.

Ticket holder agrees that Celly Hockey LLC, doing business as South Windsor Arena & Number Three LLC, its officers, employees and landlord, the participating clubs, and groups and their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are NOT responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes and are expressly released by the ticket holder from claims arising from said injuries.

By purchasing or accepting this ticket I agree to the fullest extent permitted by law to waive all claims that I have or may have against the Celly Hockey LLC, doing business as South Windsor Arena & Number Three LLC, arising out of public skating and to release the Celly Hockey LLC, doing business as South Windsor Arena & Number Three LLC and its owners and affiliates from liability from any loss, damage, injury or expense that I/ (or my next of kin, parent, guardian, estate) may suffer arising out of public skating from any cause whatsoever, including any negligence or breach of contract on the part of Celly Hockey LLC, doing business as South Windsor Arena & Number Three LLC in the operation, supervision, design or maintenance of any part or portion of its facility.
